High temperature self-regulating heating cable UFH
UFH high-temperature self-regulating heating cable is designed for process temperature maintenance applications involving steam purging, with a maximum process maintenance temperature of up to 150℃. This model also meets freeze protection requirements for large-diameter pipelines subjected to high maximum exposure temperatures. Whether installed on overhead or buried pipelines, the cable maintains medium temperature and preserves the physical state of the fluid inside pipelines.
Utilizing the PTC effect, the self-regulating heating cable automatically adjusts its power output according to ambient temperature. Its power output decreases at higher ambient temperatures and rises when ambient temperature drops. It effectively reduces energy consumption and achieves energy-saving performance without the need for a thermostat.
