Low temperature self-regulating heating cable UFD
UFD low-temperature self-regulating heating cable is mainly used for freeze protection without steam purging.
Via the PTC effect, the self-regulating heating cable automatically adjusts its power output according to ambient temperature. The power output decreases at higher ambient temperatures and rises when the ambient temperature drops. It effectively reduces energy consumption and realizes energy saving even without a thermostat.
Features
- UFD self-regulating heating cable can be cut to any required length on site, enabling flexible and convenient installation.
- UFD self-regulating heating cable can overlap itself without overheating risk, ensuring operational safety.
- UFD The tinned copper braid of self-regulating heating cable provides electrical grounding and mechanical protection.
- UFD Optional dustproof & waterproof polyolefin jacket or chemically resistant fluoropolymer jacket is available for different service environmentsand the cable can withstand moderate external impact for reliable protection.
- UFD Matching accessories including power junction box, straight splices and tee splices can be adopted to improve installation efficiency and shorten construction time.
